Clothing

Any clothing in good reusable condition with minimal
visible wear and tear
Please donate clean

Tablewear

Cake stands, Serving boards, dishes, plates & bowls. Trivets, Sharing platters and serving sets. Without cracks or chips

Hairstylers

Clean and in good working condition or unused, with associated accessories or heat mats. With instructions where possible

Lamps

Table lamps, floor & desk lamps in working order. Doesn't need to come with a bulb unless it requires a speciality bulb

Haberdashery

Any sewing or fabric related craft items and supplies, including wools, yarns, fabric & threads, sewing tools or equipment.

Mirrors & Home Decor

Any item of Home decor in reasonable or fair condition; includes display items and ornaments. Vases, display bowls and dishes. Mirrors, both Wall-mounted and dressing table. Contact regarding large floor standing mirrors.

Accessories

Hats, Caps, Fascinators, Sunglasses, handbags, backpacks, clutch bags, weekend bags and suitcases

Cookwear

Any pots, pans or frying pans in a good condition. Along with oven mitts, aprons and any kitchen hand tools, like rolling bins, egg slicers, fruit slicers.

Mobile Phones

Good working order with no visible damage. Needs to be unlocked and reset with no lock code. Include original box and accessories where possible.

Books

Both Fiction and Non-Fiction in a good state of use without pages missing or writing on the pages.

Fishing Gear

Fishing gear or tackle, in good state of use and clean. Any related accessories or hooks and gear storage bags etc.

Sport & Fitness Equimpent

Any sporting or fitness accessories and equipment in a good state of wear. Please include full sets where possible and only small free weights, kettlebells or studio bar sets.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs, walking sticks or aids and crutches in good, safe working order

Baby Clothes

Any age children's clothes in a reasonable condition without any stains. Including, coats, bibs etc

Glasses & Crockrey

Sets or singles of Crockery, plates, bowls, cereal and pasta. Glasses, Wine Glasses. Serving Jugs and tea pots. Without chips or cracks

Headphones

Headphones and headsets that are clean and in good working order or unused. Original packaging or case where possible.

Camera's

Cameras

Digital and Film Cameras, with all included accessories, chargers, lens caps etc. And any associated camera equipment, tripods, flashes and timers.

Musical Instruments

Musical Instruments in a good state of use, clean but doesn't need to be in tune. String items with any spare strings. Items cases where possible. Include any associated tuning equipment where avaliable.

Christmas Decor

Christmas Decorations, for home, tree or outdoors. Lights or musical items must be in full working order. Do not include broken or damaged items

Mobilty Scooters

Footwear

Pairs of shoes in good condition with no splits or holes in the soles. Please include the laces for the shoes and remove any insoles before donation.

Small Appliances

Small kitchen electricals, clean and descaled if they have been used. In good working order. You can include instructions or manuals if you have them. Original box if possible. Including any power cables or necessary parts accessories.

Computer electricals

Computer Electricals

Monitors, Mouses and keyboards in good working order with cables or required powerleads.

Craft Supplies

Any crafting supplies that are either unused or in a good state of wear. Unused drawing pads, pencil sets, paints & pens.
Used and clean paintbrushes, pallets, easels, craft tools etc.

Skates

Both inline and figure skates. Must include blade covers. Spare laces or latches where avaliable.

Fans

Fans, desk or floor standing, complete with all parts and in full working order

Underwear

We can accept them as long as they are brand new or completely unused.

Make up

Make Up

Make up or nail varnish, sealed and unused. With original packaging where possible. Make up tools and accessories must all be unused.

Personal Grooming

Electric shavers, hair trimmers and epilators, unused in original packaging

Toiletries

Face or body or bath products, unused or in original packaging. Seals intact.

Diving Gear

Goggles, Snorkels, flippers or fins can only be accepted if they are unused due to hygiene reasons

Knives

We cannot accept Knives, Knife sets with Knife blocks. Chef Knife Sets or blades of any form.

Prams & Pushchairs

Prams & Pushchairs, even if disassembled or with the original packaging.

Medication & Hygiene Products

Any leftover medications or hygiene products. Even if unopened or unused. You can donate them to the Hygiene Bank instead

Safety Equipment

Hard hats, safety pads and protective gear as well as children's car seats cannot be accepted even when unused.

White Goods

We are unable to accept large appliances or white goods due to our current shop's space. Please consider other organisations or charities that would benefit from this kind of donation

Baby Accessories

Baby bottles and dummies, used teething aids cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons

Medical Equipment

We cannot accept any medical equipment even where unused. It may be able to be donated to Intra Care

Tapes & Film

We cannot accept VHS tapes, Cassettes, audio tapes or film, even if undeveloped. You are able to recycle these items through Tip Top Media

Garding Tools

Gardening Tools

We can't accept garden hand tool but it can be donated to Medway Volunteer workshop who support Tools with a Mission which helps support people in Africa facing extreme poverty, giving them the skills and tools to create their own livelihoods

Furniture

We are unable to accept large items of furniture, even if dismantled due to limited shop space. Please consider other organisations and charities that could benefit from this kind of donation

Hair Brushes

Any used hairbrushes or tools even if they have been cleaned. You can donate them to the Hygiene Bank instead

Coat Hangers

We can't accept donations of coat hangers, whether they are wood or plastic, Please check here to find your nearest recycling centre for them

Powertools

We can't accept any hand tools or power tools, but they can be accepted by Medway Volunteer workshop who support Tools with a Mission which helps support people in Africa facing extreme poverty, giving them the skills and tools to create their own livelihoods

Gardening Equipment

We can't accept large garden equipment but it can be donated to Medway Volunteer workshop who support Tools with a Mission which helps support people in Africa facing extreme poverty, giving them the skills and tools to create their own livelihoods

Fixtures & Fittings

Fixtures & Fittings for bathrooms or kitchens, even smaller spares we can't accept.

Razors & Blades

Manual Razors, Straight Edged razors or manual shaving sets cannot be accepted. You can donate them to the Hygiene Bank instead

Household Products

We cannot accept Laundry Detergent, Household cleaning items, Loo roll, Tissues, Cleaning wipes, but these can accepted donations at The Hygiene Bank

Computers & Laptops

We can't accept any used computers or laptops, hard drives or digital storage devices. You are able to recycle these items through CPR Computer Recycling

Toiletries

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any used or opened toiletries. Please recycle these responsibly or use them till they are empty and recycle through John Lewis' Beauty Cycle

Make Up

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any used or open make-up. Please recycle these responsibly or use them till they are empty and recycle through John Lewis' Beauty Cycle

Personal Grooming

We can't accept any used personal grooming electricals, please recycle them responsibly.
