Lights for Love Website Cover

Dedicate a Light to someone special this Christmas

Join us this year as we gather together once again to think of those close to us, remember loved ones and absent friends. This time allows us the opportunity to reflect on their lives and those whose memories we treasure. Our Lights for Love services are a moving tribute to those we miss the most at Christmas.

The lights of Christmas light up our dark nights. It is with these lights that we symbolise our love for someone special, wherever we are, wherever they may be.

Many people support the appeal because they were supported by care from The Wisdom Hospice, but you don’t need to have any connection to the hospice to participate. Everyone, of any age, is welcome to join in.

This years Service

We, therefore, invite you to join us at one of our services either in Rochester, Sittingbourne or Minster as we come together to remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones that are no longer with us. This year our Rochester service will also be streamed live here on our website at 5:25 pm on Friday 26th November.

Tuesday 30th November at 6pm

It is with regret that we have taken the difficult decision to cancel our Lights for Love Service at Highsted Grammar School tomorrow evening, Tuesday 30th November.
The health and safety of our supporters, pupils and staff at Highsted Grammar School is our main priority and has led us to this decision.

This continues to be a difficult time for us all and we hope you understand our decision.

Please stay safe and we wish everyone a very Happy Christmas and a healthy New Year
